How to request a refund
Email support@vibebreak.app from the address you used to buy. Include your order ID if you have it handy. We typically respond within 1 business day.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the app stops being licensed on your Macs.
Exceptions
Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are handled case-by-case. We can't refund chargebacks already in dispute with your bank.
Technical issues
If something is broken, please reach out before requesting a refund — most issues are fixable, and we'd rather make VibeBreak work for you.
